The position

The IS Business Relationship Manager (ISBRM) has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface to the business for the purpose of business technology strategy development, service management, risk management, and relationship management. The ISBRM serves as the business relationship link with dual reporting responsibilities to the CIO and the FA&IT Director EMEA. The ISBRM provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key IS initiatives.

Tasks & responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a key liaison across functional departments in the business unit to develop requirements and roadmaps for information systems which align with business unit strategy and goals and to manage relationships with business unit leadership team, IS and vendors to identify potential solutions for the business requirements.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimal 10-15 years of working in IS environment as an IS Business partner/ Project Management/ Business analysis
• Mininimal 5 years of management experience
• Comfortable experience with matrix management and dual reporting responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of IS Applications like ERP (Microsoft Dynamics/SAP/Oracle), Infrastructure & Systems Architecture
• Comprehensive knowledge of IS infrastructure, Applications, Telecommunications and Project Management methodologies.
• Experience in working with broad range of diverse stakeholders
• English required at an advanced proficiency level
