The position

We are seeking a Product Manager to shape the entire customer journey for a client of ours based here in Amsterdam.

Tasks & responsibilities

This pivotal role requires a product visionary to oversee the entire customer lifecycle for travel organisers. From initial website traffic to post-trip reviews, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that drives growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pre-Booking: Optimise website traffic and conversion, implement lead generation tools, refine CRM functionalities, and develop pricing strategies.
• Post-Booking: Create efficient tools for participant management, streamline communication, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data to identify customer needs, measure product performance, and inform strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to market.
