The position

Are you a Product Manager Solutions with serious experience in standardizing and productizing consultancy services? Are you keen to play a central role in how customers create value using a top of the line software solution? If you have an innovative mindset and are able to find simple solutions for complex problems, you can be the person to bring this exciting Enterprise Architecture solution to the next level.

As Product Manager Solutions it will be your goal to make sure that a comprehensive set of solutions is created and that there’s a general structure and approach in place to do so. You’ll be part of the product team and will work closely together with the Product Manager and Product Owners of the platform, as well as with the development team, business consultants and customers. You will own the set of solutions on top of the software and will make sure that they are constantly improved in order to support growing customer demands. You will have a huge impact on how the consultants within the organization and from partners support customers in Europe, US and Asia.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Taking ownership for developing a set of solutions in order to create clear value to customers, including standard implementation approaches, maturity levels and customer success guidance
• Gathering insights and feedback from customers, consultants and partners and turning them into solutions
• Product Manager and Product Owner in order to generate requirements for the software
• Ensuring a clear value proposition of the different solutions at all times, both for customers, partners and your colleagues

Candidate profile

• 7+ year of experience in translating consultancy services into productized approaches and templates
• Experience in the area of digital transformation and/or enterprise architecture
• A consultancy background, having worked for multiple clients and a strong record in setting up successful processes
• You’re entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic environment
• You’re excellent in managing stakeholders and communicating across product and consultancy teams
• Fluency in English, both verbally as in writing
