Program Manager BI Transition

Our client is a large FMCG matrix organisation.

The position

Our ideal candidate is a Program Manager with a proven track record in large scaled BI transitions and implementations within large enterprise organizations (minimum 8 years). You have experience with data science and analytics. Within this role as a Program Manager, you take ownership for a large-scale BI change with great impact.

You provide overall guidance in planning for the transition between the old and new external suppliers and stakeholder management is crucial within this role. You are able to work under high pressure and to deliver through others in a matrix organization. You are able to bring in best practices in the area of governance set-up and you have a good technical knowledge to be able to relate with both parties on technical questions.

You implement a risk-appropriate Transition Framework, manage the incumbent risks for existing suppliers and ensure and manage the parties in the execution of the Transition. You are available on the 2nd of January 2020.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Implement large BI transition and business change program within a large enterprise organization;
• Deliver excellent stakeholder management, ownership and overall guidance in planning for the transition between the old and new external suppliers;
• Support the incumbent and new supplier and the rest of the BI programme team to successfully deliver the overall change programme.

Candidate profile

• You have a proven track record in large scaled BI transitions and implementations within large enterprise organizations (minimum 8 years). Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft services is a must;
• You have the ability to work under high pressure and to deliver through others in a matrix organisation. You are able to bring in best practices in the area of governance set-up and you have a good technical knowledge to be able to relate with both parties on technical questions;
• As a Program Manager, you take ownership for a large-scale change with great impact. You provide overall guidance in planning for the transition between the parties. You implement a risk-appropriate Transition Framework, manage the incumbent risks for existing suppliers and ensure and manage the parties in the execution of the Transition.
• The professional must speak Dutch and English
• The required education level is: WO, HBO
• Required years of experience in this position: 5-10 years

• This is an interim assignment
• The duration of this assignment is 6 months with an option for extension
