Program Manager Digital Transformation

The position

Are you the professional that can help digitalize the business of this global FMCG leader? Do you come from a digital/ecommerce background and are you able to draw up a digital roadmap and translate the roadmap to IT? We are looking for a Program Manager Digital Transformation.

Tasks & responsibilities

In the role as Program Manager Digital Transformation you will be part of the DTA team that is leading the digital, technology & analytics agenda for their commercial strategies. This team works with global commercial team and execute with country commercial.

Among your responsibilities:

• Responsible for retails & salesforce digital innovation, looping in most efficient & matching technologies to transform win in store execution and analytics;
• Business process transformation with digital & technology intervention to create value in retails & salesforce execution and analytics;
• Excellent end to end delivery of retails & salesforce solutions: from requirements, design, testing, cutover to business process improvements & on-going operation design;
• Manage the collaboration among vendors, global & country DTA team and global & country commercial team.

Candidate profile

This Program Manager Digital Transformation we are looking for is a pragmatic, hands-on and structured problem solver with great analytical and communication skills. Next to that you have:

• 8-10 years relevant working experience and relevant track record working in multinationals in the field of IT;
• Proven track record in implementing retails/sales solutions;
• A Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline;
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Experience in agile, project management, solution management, product management and vendor management;
• The position will require 25% travel, mostly within Western Europe and some to the US
