The position

For ASML, YER is recruiting a SAP Business Process Analyst. The SAP Business Process Analyst will be part of the IT division. The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML’s internal and external activities.

Kandidatenprofiel

• At least 5-7 years of experience with procurement, inbound logistics and manufacturing processes in a discrete manufacturing industry preferably in combination with use of SAP PS
• Discrete industry (Complex products, low volumes)
• Procurement, inbound logistics and manufacturing process in general
• Specific: traceability of parts being able to distinguish between new and 'as new" parts coming from return/repair orders with suppliers
• Ability to document, validate, challenge business requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications. And select the correct solution (direction) that corresponds with these functional specifications
• Ability to document processes (“As Is” & “To Be”) and to assist development of a business case (incl. a breakdown of the IT cost)
• Pro-active, guiding in standard SAP and trigger new standard solutions
• Detailed knowledge of IT systems supporting tactical and operational planning processes: SAP ECC MM/SD/QM/LE/PS, SAP ME
• Traceability of parts from return to repair to inbound logistics to material supply/production staging to manufacturing execution
• Strong client-orientation and drive for quality, improvement and excellence
• Pro-active personality who can deal with resistance
• A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments
• Well-developed consultancy skills with a strong go-getter mentality
• Motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Flexibility, adapt to company culture and individual’s behaviour
