To help reach their ambitions for growth, HeadFirst Group are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a crucial role in their International Strategic Sales Team.
The position
The Solution Architect will be a key player in the recently established International Strategic Sales Team led by Mark Dijkstra. Mark is an energized, people-oriented, and engaging leader with a clear mandate to build and grow a winning team focused on new strategic clients in the profit sector. In close collaboration with Mark, the Solution Architect will not only engage externally with clients, but also play a crucial role internally in designing industry-leading processes, delivery teams, and technology ecosystems.
Operating in the international landscape, the Solution Architect will explore specific markets, laws, and regulations influencing outsourcing and brokering solutions. Their expertise will contribute to the company’s mission of creating a fair and open labour market.
The Solution Architect will have to navigate the complexity of clients’ needs, especially in dealing with large international private clients. They will bridge the gap between client challenges and strategic solutions, and shape the future of HeadFirst as well as their clients’ businesses, contributing to growth and success.
The new Solution Architect will act as a linking pin, engaging both externally with clients and internally to scope and design industry-leading processes, delivery team design, and the right technology ecosystem. They will collaborate with the sales leadership team, joining client sessions, running workshops, and preparing pitch documents.
As such, the Solution Architect will bring a very specific set of knowledge, skills, and experience. They will be able to quickly and deeply comprehend client business processes and to demonstrate how proposed solutions add value. They will bring a deep understanding of various systems and how they can be integrated, including knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS). The Solution Architect will be highly adaptable and have a track record proving a strong understanding of data and intelligence in order to analyze insights for designing solutions.
The Solution Architect will also be expected to have and maintain a keen awareness of market trends, changes in laws and regulations, and other factors impacting solutions.
Candidate profile
- Over 3 years experience within solution design/arhitecture within the Tealent Solutions Space
- Data Driven and Strategic thinker
- Engaging communicator and speaker
