De functie
The Alliances Manager reports to the Sales Director. The manager will have full responsibility and accountability for all related System Integrator(SI) activities within the Netherlands; these will include:
• Acquire, develop and maintain new and existing SI’s with the aim to create a strong revenue channel that are relevant for the future success of the company.
• Develop and execute the SI Business Plan to support the key territories with the focus to establish a strong revenue channel.
• Develop, implement, leverage EMEA joint business development initiatives and create regional programs.
• Ensure directly that each SI has the appropriate level of technical and commercial skill to support sales of the SI’s solutions or initiatives based on Enterprise Integration technologies.
• Introduce and integrate local sales team to close business.
• Helping the sales team to regularly track leads with SI’s, report on all leads uncovered, and map all leads to sales and consulting teams to close business.
• Develop project successes and references for all SI’s in the programme.
De eisen
• Proven track record in successfully building a profitable SI channel.
• Significant experience in software sales, alliances and consulting experience.
• Strong NL contact base and network with major tier 1 and tier 2 System Integrators;
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Understanding of software and architectures in all product domain areas is highly desirable; EAI, SOA Management, BAM, Event Stream Processing, etc.
• Solution sales experience is essential.
• Experience selling to SI or partner organizations.
• Technical acumen with ability to present and sell technology products in a business context.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills at enterprise level.
• Timely, realistically conservative and predictable sales forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to be independent and work on own initiative.
De arbeidsvoorwaarden
Salary €100.000 - €120.000
