The Business Development Team is responsible for implementing future growth opportunities for Marktplaats. This involves developing partnerships, marketing new categories and testing new business models. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with the following job responsibilities:

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze metrics, report progress and develop strategic recommendations
• Manage cross-functional project team involving marketing and product development to build new business
• Improve user site experience by translating user insights into product requirements
• Design and implement end-to-end customer experiences and supporting processes
• Manage budget and achieve traffic and revenue growth targets of own initiative

• The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, qualified to Degree level and will have;
• 5-10 years work experience (at least 2 years experience with online business)
• Very strong people skills (listening, managing, customer understanding)
