Job description:

The Business Unit Director has to initiate, develop, communicate and monitor the execution of the commercial strategy for Europe, in line with the overall non-branded strategy (cost leadership & customer intimacy), resulting in the agreed commercial targets in the European retail market.
 
The Business Unit Director has a thorough knowledge of European retail market, preferably with non-branded (food) products. He/she has profound experience with managing a BU and has strong affinity with managing various production locations.

The Business Unit Director has strong managerial and entrepreneurial skills and must be able to develop and execute a “new” focus on the BU and the business. He/she must organize and transform the structure of the BU, in line with the company strategy (Unit structure, entrepreneurship) and in line with the focus on the market; a business partner for all the non-branded retail clients, interact more proactive with the client on different levels, with more focus on category management and innovations.
