County Head (Healthcare)

The organisation

Our client is a leading manufacturer of herbal medicines and has a worldwide presence with its Head office in Germany. You can expect a manifold and challenging assignment.

The position

As Country Head you are responsible for the all business issues, Revenues, Marketing activities and financial results in your region, reporting directly to the company’s Board of Director.  

You will lead a Team of about 100 well motivated employees and you are actively involved in the development of the business and market share in your region

Tasks & responsibilities

• You are able to increase the business according to the goals you set together with the head office in Germany
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of market strategies
• You oversee the product portfolio, the pricing, budget and sales analysis, controlling, HR issues and advertising campaigns
• You identify and analyse new market opportunities
• You are involved in regards to product developments, research projects, and clinical data publications strategies
• Close cooperation with all Head Office functions

Candidate profile

We are looking for a Manager with social authority, with a proven track record and an ability to drive business. You take initiative and respect the company’s values. 

• Very good Knowledge of the pharmaceutical /healthcare/wholesale market in the regions Kasachstan/Usbekistan/Kirgistan
• Medical or pharmaceutical scientist education
• Good Leadership ability and sales orientated
• You are a strategist and you have good financial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Willingness to move and live in Almaty or Tashkent
• You are able to work in teams, you are result oriented and able to make decisions
• You speak Russian, German and or English
