The position

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join their executive leadership team and lead their day-to-day operations, consisting of production, engineering, supply chain and quality activities. You are a star player with a game-changing mindset, a real hunger and drive for operational effectiveness to re-shape this fast-growing high mix low volume organisation to ensure exponential growth.

Candidate profile

• Proven track record in an Operations and Supply Chain leadership role managing multiple sites within high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing
• Proven track record in transformations to drive change and develop teams and capabilities in the entire value chain
• Direct P&L ownership and experience creating and managing budgets
• Proven ability to scale systems and processes in fast-growing environments
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. (Master) Black belt certification is preferred
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
