The position
Are you a true leader when it comes to partnerships within the enterprise software domain? Are you an expert in signing new partnerships as well as managing and building out existing ones? Then you might be the Director of Partnerships that this fast-growing SaaS scale-up is looking for.
Your role as a Director of Partnerships
As the new Director of Partnerships you’ll play an essential role in shaping the future and growth of this scale-up. You’ll be in charge of building and developing a partner network in the EMEA region and expanding it towards system integrators and consulting firms who work with other Enterprise Content Management vendors. You’ll set an international strategy aimed at generating as much revenue from partners as possible. In this, you work directly with the CRO to set up a systematic process for expanding the partner network.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Creating and developing a partner network and building strong business relationships
- Defining a strategy aimed at growing indirect revenue; not by having the largest number of partners but by maximizing revenue coming from the network
- Enabling partners to seize opportunities, participate in sales cycles and help with project deliveries
- Setting up a strong process that can serve as a base for future partner growth and development
Candidate profile
What do you bring as a Director of Partnerships?
- 5 – 10 years of experience in partnerships or channel management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with enterprise software and system integrators
- A proven track record in managing a channel partners network
- You have a background in sales and a hands-on attitude as you’ll be involved in making deals
- Ideally, you have knowledge of software aimed at document management or a similar area
