The position

Together with your team you will take full ownership of the pre-sales cycle, being able to showcase your commercial and technical prowess in performing technical discovery sessions, creating and presenting demos and technical presentations, and being the subject matter expert and technical voice of the sales cycle. While your focus is on managing the pre-sales team, having built up the technical relationship with your clients, you will get to upkeep your network through facilitating the post-sales relationship with the professional services teams, while still being the main point of contact for your valued client.

Tasks & responsibilities

Main activities

• Developing, coaching and growing a highly skilled team
• Perform technical demo’s in order to explain the value of the product
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
• Create new marketing and sales strategies to target new clients

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 2+ years of management experience in a SaaS scale-up environment
• A proven track record as a Solution Engineer
• Passionate about people and building relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable self-starter with strong organizational skills
• A committed team player
• Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech related platforms is a pre
