As a head hunter we are searching for our client for following position: Division Manager Contracting- Transmission and Distribution.

For more than 25 years our client is providing the construction industries with security systems, biometrics, low current solutions, audio visual systems, data centers, ups, renewable energy solutions, network integration systems, telecommunication networks, transmission & distribution networks, general contracting and even more. With a strong footprint in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and many other countries in the GCC a restructuring process has been initiated to accommodate the growth targets of the company. Led by well experienced managers our client now is gearing up for some major expansion throughout the region.

Pre-requisites, Activities and Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience in handling a Division. 
• Strong experience in Power projects and products.
• Previous experience in projects related to ADWEA, ADDC, AADC, DEWA, FEWA etc.
• Knowledge in estimation, proposals, budgeting and operation of Power projects ( T&D)
• Strong industry knowledge of customer satisfaction drivers.
• Skilled at Action Planning and follow-up.
• Able to lead change and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build strong teams and cultivate teamwork.
• Keen organizational awareness and commitment to developing people.
• Effective Coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic, commitment, sense of accountability, integrity and urgency.
• Strong analytical and logical skills. Results oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in the Middle East.
• English and Arabic language.
• Engineering degree.
