The organisation
Our client is a multinational corporation in the industrial sector.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the department (40-60FTE): technical managers, engineers, specialists, project managers and support
- Participate in MT Engineering
- Develop the department's strategy, optimize processes and ensure an efficient and effective way of working
- Offer advice for projects under contract, in the engineering and production phase
- Develop a functional network of engineering partners (worldwide)
- Represent the company at national and international forums and institutions
Candidate profile
- Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Marine Engineering or related field
- Experience of managing a full P&L for an industrial company
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good command of English and Dutch language
- Open to international travel
