The consultant services provide the institut as well as economic policy expert commissions of the federal and state policy. 

The position

As Executive Search Consultant, you will be part of the advisory board and you are strongly engaged in acquisition of new business as well as handling large and (partly) international search projects.

You work as a headhunter in an established company and use the synergy gained from the partnership. Each partner is used to work independently in an experienced team with a fair and extraordinary partner model.

Candidate profile

• You have international experience (10+ years) as General Manager or equivalent positions
• You have accompanied medium-sized companies in growth phases
• You were engaged in sales or sales-related activities
• You are retired and financially independent, but are still looking for a new challenge
• You are a team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial basic adjustment, large dynamic and high service orientation
• You are flexible and resilient
• Minimum age of 50 years
