The position

Page Executive has given the exclusive assignment to recruit an Engineering and Maintenance Lead for our client Envalior to join the dynamic SHE & Manufacturing Excellence team. You are going to be the expert in guiding the organization's global engineering efforts and initiatives.

As Engineering and Maintenance Lead at Envalior, your role is to define Envalior's Engineering strategy, with the intention of deploying it across our global businesses. This strategy serves as the blueprint for guiding the organization's engineering efforts and initiatives.

The Engineering and Maintenance Lead is responsible for defining, supporting, and challenging Sites and locations to achieve top-tier Engineering Performance. This includes Functional Engineering, Do Maintenance, Improving Reliability, and Project Excellence in the context of turnarounds (TA's), Major and Minor Projects. These challenges and support are prioritized based on the status of the sites under Transformation, with the aim of driving continuous improvement.

You are also tasked with developing, sharing, and implementing best practices from the industry through cross-functional networks. By staying connected to industry advancements, Envalior can continuously improve its engineering processes and approaches.

A key aspect of the role is to provide independent Project Excellence assurance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the board when it comes to major capital expenditure (capex) investments. This assurance involves evaluating and ensuring that these investments align with Envalior's high standards for project excellence.

You will manage the Envalior 5-year and annual Capital planning process, this being another key responsibility. Additionally, other responsibilities include coordinating the monthly ICM (Investment Committee Meeting), providing quarterly spend forecasts, enabling the organization to allocate resources efficiently and effectively.

The Engineering and Maintenance Lead oversees the Engineering succession capability within the organization, ensuring that there is a well-defined path for developing and nurturing talent in the field of engineering. This is essential for building a strong and sustainable engineering team.

• Engineering Strategy deployment through Engineering Network
• Support and challenge sites to reach best in class Engineering performance
• Major Capital Project support / Capital Plan
• Coordinating / managing the monthly ICM, quarterly spend forecasts and yearly budget process

Candidate profile

• Engineering Graduate, with more than 10 years Professional Experience.
• Exceptional Leadership Skills being able to influence within a matrix and manage senior
• stakeholders to Board Level.
• Ability to directly impact behaviors and working practices without direct authority across complex
• geographical and cultural mix.
