The position

As a Head of Customer Service for Denmark, your role includes

  • Execution of the strategy and leading the team in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
  • Lead a team of 1 Team Lead, 3 full timers, 6 part timers
  • Develop & deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the CS&O team
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and goals
  • Create, optimize, and drive processes
  • Escalation and crisis management (in the Nordic space)

The role does have 50/50 hands on requirement. Specially during high season.

Ideally you know accounting law in Denmark, worked with accounting software.

Customer service happens via chats, emails and call. System is Intercom.

Candidate profile

3 main criteria:

  • Danish language at a professional level
  • Bookkeeping / Accounting experience
  • Customer Service experience, leading a team.
