Tasks & responsibilities

• Measure and monitor operations performance and ensure continuous improvement in performance.
• Lead and implement cost savings, continuous improvement, and operational excellence programs
• Ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed and improved
• P/L responsibility; propose investments, prepare budgets, forecast and financial reporting
• Monitors, communicates, and improves financial and operational results of the company
• Manage production schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure on time delivery and quality of products
• Empower and develop the site management team; 7 reports.
• Identify necessary resources in order to accomplish tasks, including recruitment, retention and development of team
• Network with stakeholders inside and outside to develop and share knowledge, experience, leverage best practice

Candidate profile

• University degree in Business and Engineering
• Relevant managerial experience within Operations
• Excellent financial and analytical skills including cost control and budget
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence
• Strong change management skills
• Result oriented
• Capable to support supply chain processes and customer service
• Used to work cross functional
• Has been exposed to working and impacting internationally, preferably in a matrix organization
• Excellent leadership skills; effective and inspiring in people management
• Willing to travel internationally, +/- 10%
