Manager Learning Design by IKEA
Creative team-leader and member of the management team

Your position
As a Manager Learning Design you are developing a learning architecture for specific training programs, methods and exercises, working closely together with project managers, content owners and publishing experts. You safeguard that the learning design in all other know-how products secures effective learning as well as the development and deliverance of a coordinated know-how transfer - all to help IKEA retailers getting the most out of the IKEA Concept. You lead a small team of highly skilled learning professionals and represent the team in the management group of Concept Knowledge Transfer.

Your profile
Inter IKEA Systems is looking for proven experience in creative development and rollout of training programs and other know-how products. Leading by example and valuing the cultural diversity of all stakeholders are key in your leadership style. You are creative, self-starting and hands-on. You love working with people. You share the IKEA values (and practice them in your daily work.), e.g. by always striving for simplicity and having a high level of cost consciousness. Experience in working at / for a retail organization and in an international organization is an advantage. Further more you are fluent in English and willing to relocate to Delft, the Netherlands. Some travel may be involved.
