It concerns an international organization, the position primarily focuses on the Dutch market. If the managing director is proven successful with the team, there is a clear growth path.

Tasks & responsibilities

• General management of the Dutch organization including full P&L responsibility;
• Guidance and realization of the growth of the organization. Development of (commercial) strategy in terms of turnover, market share and profitability;
• Creating a cultural change into a high performing organization and engagement with the team.

Candidate profile

• Master degree in engineering, ideally complemented with an MBA;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Managing Director including full P&L responsibility;
• Experience in distribution of technical products and stock control.
