For our client’s location in New York City YESS wishes to attract a Managing Director USA.

The position

The Managing Director holds full responsibility for the P&L in the USA, including business development, marketing, pricing, advertising, brand management and promotion and portfolio management in the different countries, contact and contracts with distributors in all states. The Managing Director USA drives long term growth through optimization of profitability, margin and turnover and creating brand value, based on a long term (5-year) strategic plan.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate for the role of Managing Director USA holds:

• More than 10 years of commercial management experience in an international A-branded company in retail and on trade, at least 5 years of international experience preferably in the USA
• Strong knowledge of and experience with the management of spirits and beverage distributors
• Full P&L experience
