Daily management of the Electro Wetting Display development line.

Success will be defined by:

• On time delivery of products and platform deliverables

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers, technicians and operators in daily operations
• Ensure clear communication and priority setting to team members and internal customers
• Maintaining and improving clean room discipline
• Ensure the process steps are carried out to well documented procedures and build-in feedback loops for improvement
• Working with R&D to identify failure modes and implement improvement programmesManage the change in culture from research to manufacturing
• Planning line throughput and utilisation of resources

• Hands on
• Knowledge of clean room best practices
• Manufacturing experience in electronics or semiconductors
• Ability to manage people to achieve tight deadlines
• Knowledge of lithography processes would be an advantage
• Open communicator
• Ability to coach and develop
• Able to work effectively in rapidly changing environment
