The next frontiers for Top of Minds
Top of Minds continues to grow its reach in new services and geographies. The company has expanded to Rotterdam, The Netherlands; Frankfurt, Germany; and Madrid, Spain. They’ve also started new ventures such as Chapter Data, its AI and Data Engineering consultancy. Top of Minds’ new goal is to prioritize ongoing expansion of its presence in strategic boardroom discussions about talent to keep expanding into the higher executive segment.
The position
Top of Minds is the innovative, established player in the executive search industry. Headquartered in Amsterdam, they continue to grow fast with satellite offices across Europe, thanks to their unique, hybrid business model. The new Partner joins Top of Minds’ Partner Group to identify and develop new ventures, geographies, and, most importantly, solidify their position in the most senior executive segment.
Tasks & responsibilities
The Top of Minds Partner joins forces with seven current Partners to prepare Top of Minds to reach its full potential, while managing existing business and establishing their own client portfolio. They continue building trust and partnerships with clients to increasingly be part of boardroom conversations about talent and organization health. The Partner converts these conversations as a trusted advisor into concrete search mandates that strengthen Top of Minds’ presence in the higher executive segment. Based on their personal sector expertise, the Partner also builds their own practice and specialty and offers the agency’s digital capabilities to their clients. They work with the international team to grow Top of Minds’ established brand, promoting the successful hybrid model and uniquely transparent approach.

The Partner works mainly from the new state-of-the-art office in the heart of Amsterdam, together with seventy-five Consultants, Associates, Researchers, and other experts located across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Frankfurt, and Madrid. The team has a strong sense of ownership and a keen understanding of the value that the right person in a role can bring to their clients. Transparency is as large part of the company culture as it is of Top of Minds’ client approach.
