Plant Manager

The company discovers, develops and produces food ingredients and complete products for both consumers and other companies on a global scale. The organisation consists of six plants. With global coverage and further investments coming up, the company has formulated a strong growth strategy for the future.

Description:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and securing product supply according to specifications and to further increase output and improve quality standards and operational performance. A growth rate of 20% is expected for the upcoming 5 years (year on year) in the plant. He/She will report to the Operations Director and will lead a team of seven individuals. The position will support the further development of the business-to-business and business-to-consumer market from an operational perspective. This requires a culture change for the entire plant in becoming more customer focused.

Requirements:

• University level, preferably in Food/Chemical Technology
• Min. 8-10 years experience in Operations Management
• Successful track record in Food/Ingredients or Pharma industry
• Focus on QSHE and setting high standards for all departments
• Strong background in leading plant investments
• Good financial understanding
• Customer focused attitude
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Well-developed people management skills
• Strong communication skills, Dutch and English
• Ability to operate on all levels within the organisation

Remuneration:

€ 110.000 - € 150.000 OTE
