Organisation:

The organisation is looking for an experienced Plant Manager with proven experience in Food, Ingredient or Pharmaceutical industry. The candidate must be flexible and is used to working in an international organisation. He/she should be able to cooperate with different levels within the organisation and has to be a people manager with solid change management experience.

Candidate profile:

The candidate must be able to effectively develop the location in accordance with the company strategy by managing resources, departments and quality. Aligning plant departments with corporate strategy to reach optimal results by keeping in mind QSHE requirements and market/customer demand.

Requirements:

• University level, preferably in Food/Chemical Technology.
• 10 years experience in Operations Management.
• Successful track record in Food/Ingredients or Pharma industry.
• Good financial understanding.
• Customer focused attitude.
• Excellent Leadership/People management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate on all levels within the organisation.
