De functie 

The Production Director reports directly to the Managing Director of the international site.
Responsible for putting into practice the production strategy, in accordance with the objectives, following the relevant regulations (GMP) and quality standards, health and safety rules, cost forecasts and deadlines. Organise and plan production tasks. Allocate means and resources (human, financial, deadlines, materials, etc.) according to the production strategy. HR management and organisation (recruitment, assessment, training, etc.) liaising with production managers and the HR service. Defining and validating direct production costs, their feasibility and occasional drawing-up. Enforcing compliance with production, health and safety, and environmental regulations.  
  
De eisen 

• Educational background: Pharmacy, Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the (sterile) production area of a pharmaceutical company
• Natural leader
• Strong organisational and coordinating skills
• Optimistic self-starter
• Exceptional negotiator with strong persuasion skills
• Encouraging, motivating and able to mobilise a multi-disciplinary team
• Fluent in French and an excellent command of English
