The position

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing assigned capital projects in the EU from project initiation to completion while meeting safety, quality, schedules and cost targets. You must possess the ability to work effectively across the internal organization with technical peers, stakeholders, key support functions and senior management as well as externally with suppliers, engineering firms, construction contractors, specialist consultants and authorities. Key aspect of this dynamic and challenging role is to effectively facilitate alternative selection and decision-making processes throughout all project phases. 

You will be part of the Global Projects & Engineering team and report to the Director of Projects.

Candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, and several years of project management experience either within the process industry or with engineering contractors. You are a conceptual thinker, committed, enthusiastic and flexible. Naturally you have a strong sense of responsibility, organisational sensitivity and well developed communication skills.
