Project Manager (offshore)

• Initiation, preparation, execution and completion of assigned projects in compliance with Contract requirements and companies principles;
• Leadership of companies Project Team assigned for the project;
• Definition of project goals, objectives and deliverables;
• Define project tasks and resource requirements;
• Develop and implement project planning and progress, monitoring progress in respect of time, costs and quality of work performed. Identify deviations and rectification measures required;
• Achieving financial objectives of the assigned project. Preparation of project budgets and monthly financial reports to Senior Management;
• Define, source and manage the human and physical resources required to perform the works;
• Maintaining and fostering relationships within the Client, Consortium Partners, project team, and subcontractors;
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to companies management and clients as required;
• Setting-up and leading project team;
• Timely completion of projects in accordance with contractual, legislative, regulatory, company and commercial requirements;
• Project performance with respect to quality, safety, health, environment and safety (QHSES);
• Motivating, coaching and supervising project team members;
• Project management in accordance with company standards;
• Set-up and maintenance of project document control and filing system;
• Preparation and control of project plan(s), project budgets, project planning;
• Project reporting during preparation and execution phase.

• BSc or MSc in engineering or equivalent;
• Management skills training;
• Project management training;
• Relevant offshore training;
• Minimum of 10 year experience in worldwide offshore projects, of which at least 3 years in an engineering position and 3 years in a project management position;
• Capability to motivate and manage people;
• Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken.
