You’ll be their new Proposition Manager, which means that you are going to define actionable strategies from deep consumer insights. You do this for the coffee&kitchen products of this brand. Every piece of research is going to be thoroughly examined and if you think it’s necessary, you determine if new research is needed. Those strategies have to be top-notch, and you make sure they are.

Candidate profile

Do I have the required skills to work here?

Firstly, you have a strong interest in behavioural psychology. Why do people make choices? And putting that in motion with the help of data and research, that makes your strategies strong. It’s easy for you to go through lots of pages of that research and you think from the point of view of the consumer. But that doesn’t make you drown in thoughts.
