Position:

The Regional Director EAME is responsible for the leadership and management of the Quality Assurance group as well as the development of continuous improvement mentality and processes across EMEA. This includes responsibility for the implementation of Global Policies and Practices to be along with the ownership of all product data and its integrity.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Microbiology or related field.
• 7-10 years QA/QC management experience in a world class Food, pharmaceutical or chemical company including manufacturing interface
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements for Food or Fragrance materials.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and matrix management abilities
• Demonstrated knowledge, ownership and implementation of Quality Management System/processes and related systems.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering and Manufacturing departments
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse collection of programs requiring interfacing with Global Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Commercial
• Experienced in continuous improvement processes (Green/Black Belt).
• Strong communication and influencing skills. Shows courage and self believe.
• Proficient working knowledge of SAP.
• Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Some Dutch and Fluent English language skills.
• Prepared to travel about 20%.

Preferred Qualities:

• MBA or Master in related field (Chemistry, Microbiology).
• Continuing education/certifications in QA concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP.
• Worked and lived abroad
• Six Sigma BlackBelt
• French language skills

Salary Conditions:

€120.000 to €150.000 OTE.
