Results areas

• Safeguarding the continuity of the services provided in the relevant sector;
• Increasing our strategic business position in the relevant sector;
• Maximising our market share in the relevant sector.

Main activities

• Determining the sales strategy for clients within the sector;
• Translating our strategy into business plans for the sector;
• Directing Client Team sales efforts;
• People management in the Client Team;
• As a business partner, managing client relations at a strategic level;
• Managing client relations in the event of escalations;
• Regular monitoring or measuring of client satisfaction and taking any appropriate measures further to this;
• Identifying, monitoring and scoring sales opportunities with existing clients and/or prospects;
• Effective and efficient control of the sales and delivery process;
• Monitoring, reporting on and where necessary, adjusting business planning;
• Monitoring service delivery across the various service groups and business units;
• Managing internal organisation during the sales process;
• Obtaining commitments from service groups and business units;
• Possibly directing international Client Teams.
