The organisation

The organization is a global market leader in high-pressure hydraulics and a manufacturer of industrial hydraulic systems, cylinders, pumps, presses, professional equipment and other products. Its EMEA operations are headquartered in the Netherlands.

The position

The role of the project manager is to execute and control the projects under his / her control according to required quality, strict deadlines and budget from the contracts with the customers. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third parties in order to deliver the projects according to plan.

Candidate profile

• 10 to 15 years experience in project management role
• Demonstrated experience in managing contracts with customers
• Background or education in mechanical engineering is preferred
• Persuasive, motivating and strong communication skills
• Ability to analyse and communicate financial impact and results on the projects
• Flexibility to work with different people in and outside the organization and project team
• English language
• International travel up to 20%, not frequently

Salary conditions

Remuneration: € 100.000 - € 130.000 OTE.
