The position

Impressive, how can I contribute?

You can be the Technical Operations Director in the Engineering team, where you are responsible for leading the Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain activities in the Micro-electromechanical systems. You’ll also manage the hiring, supervising and developing of the personnel, as well as delivering on time with high quality and yield. In this high-level role, there is enough to do in terms of optimizing production processes, managing cost and expenditures and preparing multi-year manufacturing operation and investment plans.

Candidate profile

And do I qualify for this challenging job?

With your experience, you absolutely do. You’ve got years of experience in a consumer-focused, multinational environment. You’ve had a managing role before so know what to do when you’re managing managers. Lean manufacturing is not new for you, just like the semiconductor industry and/or engineering functions.
