The organisation

Your new employer is a major international player in the field of Medical Nutrition.

The position

As Global Market Access Manager you will be the hub between Research, Medical Affairs and Marketing. The scope of the function is focused on the international marketing of various (new) nutritional products, including the negotiations to have these reimbursed by local insurers. Since healthcare is regulated differently in each country, you will need to be flexible and creative to achieve your goal. This is a position with a travel element of around 30%, both within Europe and beyond.

Candidate profile

To be successful in this position you will have completed at least a Master's degree in the field of Health Economics or similar. In addition, you will have at least 3 years of experience as a market access manager or similar position within an international environment. In-depth experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a clear advantage. You have knowledge of different reimbursement systems within Europe and beyond and have experience in liaising with key KOLs and agencies involved in medication reimbursement. Preferably you also have experience with setting up a global market access strategy. Because the position has an international scope, good command of the English language is a requirement.
