The position

The Global Marketing Manager – Sustainability will contribute to business growth by creating more visibility and recognition for our sustainability offer and the integrated role. You will work hand in hand with our sustainability specialists around the globe, marketing managers in the regions and product platforms, to develop and execute the sustainability offer and marketing strategy, tactics and operational marketing activities.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Create strategic marketing campaigns to engage with customers and clients
• Work with different teams internal and external to create synergy and impact on sustainability globally
• Research and report on new sustainability trends and development 
• Create a strong and uniform view and focus for sustainability
• Create a large impact globally to ensure reaching the company goals

Candidate profile

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferable Marketing related
• 8> years experience within Marketing B2B (industry)
• Proven track record within sustainability (must) with a focus on one of these industries: Food, Agricultural, Beverage or Cosmetics
• Worked within a matrix organization 
• You are strategic, entrepreneurial and passionate about sustainability 
• Fluent English

The offer

€ 95.000 - 135.000 euro gross a year.
