The position

Are you a Head of Marketing who’s able to set up a winning B2B growth marketing strategy that crosses borders? This exciting SaaS scale-up is looking for a marketing leader to boost growth and take marketing to the next level.

About the job

As the Head of Marketing it will be your goal to boost acquisition and retention marketing; generating new leads and making sure current clients and users stay loyal to the platform. You will set the international growth marketing strategy and will have ownership of the entire funnel – from first contact to brand ambassadors. In this, you will work closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Customer Success and one of the co-Founders. Additionally, you’ll also be responsible for building and expanding your own marketing dream team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Setting up, rolling out and constantly optimizing the international digital marketing strategy
• Owning the execution of online marketing campaigns via the channels you’ve included in your strategy
• Building and managing your very own marketing dream team and looking for external marketing partnerships and opportunities
• Determining targets and KPI’s and coach your team in achieving their personal and company goals

Candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic B2B marketing position in a SaaS or marketplace environment. You’re also familiar with product marketing
• A proven track record in developing, rolling out and managing the execution of an international growth marketing strategy
• You’re familiar with tools such as SEO, SEA, content marketing and design. HubSpot experience is a huge plus
• You have a passion for building and managing a best-in-class marketing team
• You love to identify new opportunities, experiment with channels and campaigns and you’re not afraid to fail
• You’re fluent in English, speaking another language such as Dutch or German is a plus
