The position

The purpose of the job is the initiation, implementation and coordination of all communication activities of the organisation, whether focused on her market or internal environment. 

• Develop the corporate identity and customer perception; 
• Build and manage professional the Marcom department; 
• Build effective communication around key brands, (specialty) product lines and dealer concepts; 
• Evolution of a consistent, sustainable overall and global message to the world, based upon the mission, vision and position of the organisation in the nutrition supply chain; 
• Develop and realise a marketing communication policy for all and each of the sales channels; 
• Maintain, renew and promote the visual standards; 
• Maintain, renew and implement the brand/branding strategy; 
• Create 'rumour around the brand' also through PR-activities; 
• Develop sales tools focused on each market channel and each product group

Profile: 

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing Communications; 
• 5-10 years experience in Marketing Communications Management in Food or FMCG branch; 
• Proven professionalism; 
• Excellent result orientation; 
• Senior communications and planning skills; 
• Good customer service orientation; 
• High commercial and organisational awareness; 
• Practical strategist and team player; 
• Creative, flexible and self confidence; 
• Interpersonal sensitive and enthusiastic; 
• Fluent in English - Spanish is a nice to have; 
• Willingness to travel globally.
