Marketing Director

Our client is a leading global developer and marketer of branded products in the consumer electronics and digital information segment. To further professionalize their Marketing department

Yess wishes to attract a Marketing Director Europe.

Summary of the position

The Marketing Director Europe will lead the European marketing team and facilitate the execution of Global Marketing strategy and programs in the European market place. He/She will be responsible for building the new marketing team and to complete the introduction strategy of new products.

Key requirements 

• A minimum of 10 years international marketing experience in an A-class FMCG and/or Consumer Electronics company.
• At least a bachelor’s degree, but preferably a Master degree in Marketing/Business Studies.
• Fluency in English, both writing and speaking.
• Intermediate level French and/or German, both writing and speaking.
• Proven track record in product marketing.
• Channel marketing and trade marketing understanding.
• Extensive knowledge about business development and market entrance strategies.
• Familiar with P&L responsibility.
• Management experience (in particular leading/developing/building teams).
• Extensive expertise in Change Management.
