ThermoSafe Brands,  is the leader in temperature assurance solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, food service, food processing and gift food industries. They serve storage and transport needs with an array of ThermoSafe® Insulated Shippers in expanded polystyrene (EPS) or polyurethane (PUR), and innovative technical solutions. Recently ThermoSafe Brands launched the GREENBOX reusable system. To accelerate growth and expand its presence in the European marketplace, ThermoSafe Brands wants to hire a Marketing Manager Europe.

Functional specification
You will be responsible for managing tradeshows, marketing collateral to support the sales team. With the purpose of gathering the voice of the customer, you will be interviewing customers, focus groups and having discussions at tradeshows. Besides this, you will stay on top of regional market trends and dynamics, the latest news, the pulse of customers. Business development will have your focus by growing the business. Organic through building a pipeline of prospects and lead generation and inorganic through proposing strategic partnerships and acquisitions. You will report to the VP Marketing and Business Development.

Profile
You have completed a Bachelor’s Degree, but a Master’s Degree is preferred from an accredited university or equivalent, combined with experience and passion in developing business in sales and marketing roles for about seven years. Therefore you will have good knowledge of the marketing and sales customer lifecycle. A pharmaceutical or packaging background is not required. Being multi-lingual is necessary, meaning fluent in English, German and French with working experience in multiple European countries. Finally you have the ability to work independently but also with a team.
