Marketing Manager Mexico (Healthcare)

Als Headhunter suchen wir für einen unserer Klienten: Marketing Manager Mexico (m/f) Healthcare.

Your Tasks

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all marketing activities of our clients Mexico City based subsidiary, reporting to the Board of Director Sales and Marketing.   
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies and marketing plans, including budgeting in compliance with set goals, determined by the global marketing objectives. 
• Management of market analysis, products portfolio formation, pricing, planning and sales analysis, planning, control and analysis of advertising campaigns.
• Contacts maintenance with key accounts and opinion leaders.
• Identify and analyse new market opportunities; recommend and initiate new product launches.
• Close cooperation with the Global Marketing organization on issues related to products development, international research projects, KOLs development programs and clinical data publications strategy.
• Preparation of the relevant reports, development and implementation of the necessary corrective actions. 
• Close cooperation with all head office functions.

Your Profile

• Good Knowledge of the pharmaceutical /healthcare market.
• Marketing degree and experienced in commercial marketing functions.
• Leadership competence and a self-driven result orientated personality.
• You have an ability to delegate and you are a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and you have a natural authority.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• You are able to make decisions and you think analytically.  
• You speak Spanish, English and/or German.
