Position

The Print Director Europe reports to the Touch Point Marketing Senior Director. He or she will develop and maintain the European Print strategy (format, content beside product content, personalization etc.) and operating plan for the Touch Point print. This includes, Print Production (choice of printing method, paper, formats etc) and distribution (distribution method, type of carrier etc.) in alignment with the overall Marketing strategy and ensures proper execution, coordination and standardization within the local markets/regions. The Print Director Europe ensures that there are adequate processes and systems in place to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the execution of the various “print” touch points maximizing the value/profitability.
Furthermore, he/she will assure alignment and consistency across Touch Point Print by actively comparing and discussing strategy with other Touch Point team members. He/she makes sure that all Print Touch Point activities are: harmonized, coordinated and support the overall company brand values.

Requirements

• Passionate marketeer;
• Master or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing;
• 5 - 8 years of experience in below-the-line/catalogue marketing;
• 5 years of experience with scheduling, pre-press and printing technology;
• 3 years of management experience;
• Strong analytical and process thinking skills;
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of offline marketing;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written, knowledge of other languages is desirable;
• Willingness to travel.

Remuneration package

Base salary max € 120.000
Variable compensation up to 30%
