The company has over 1.150 FTE’s.
The Board of Directors (BoD) is supported by a core Management Team of five: IT, Operations, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, and Finance. This group is enlarged in the Extended MT with Legal, Audit, Communications, New Business, Risk Management and Procurement.
Marketing & Sales (M&S) is responsible for development and execution of the marketing and sales strategy and the coordination of the marketing activities, leading to brand familiarity and image optimization as well as retaining and increasing (turnover) sales.
M&S has approx. 75 FTE’s.
M&S is organized in a matrix, with business development and account management on the axes.
Account Management is responsible for maintaining and enlarging client relations with existing and new regional markets and clients. This is done in three Regional Management groups, each having one home market, added with business development areas.
Region B works in the markets The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Italy, with 3 senior and 5 medior account managers.
Position
Senior Regional Manager Region B
He/she will be responsible for management and control of the regional market, leading to extension and maintenance of (number of) clients (banks) and increase the number of product/services per client, based on the marketing strategy.
He/she will manage the staff of his team as a real people manager.
Requirements
- Relevant academic education.
- Several years experience in managing a commercial (if possible international) department in the banking industry.
- Good knowledge of payments- and card-processing.
- Experience with change management and organisational development.
