De functie 

To manage the change process of the current Global Purchase Group towards a Global Purchase inbound Supply Chain Department.

The Sourcing and Procurement Manager ensures the translation of sales forecasts into purchasing plans and the raw materials flow to OPCO's within the forecasting of the company OPCO’s; as well as the resolution at the best profitability of short term mismatches between supply and demand and to ensure proper execution.

The Sourcing and Procurement Manager leads the purchase of goods/materials not covered by the Global S&P categories and is linked with the Global S&P for those goods/materials covered by the Global S&P organization.

De eisen 

• Academic level in supply chain management, business management or economics
• Outperformer in supply chain operations in a relevant business segment
• Experienced in international management
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel frequently internationally
• Successful in a matrix environment
• Pro-active and effective communicator at different level
