Job description

The Sr. Manager Print Operations EMEA reports directly to the COO.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running of the print production;
• Implement and maintain an effective and efficient process flow which covers all ordered sales;
• Defining and reporting production KPI’s;
• Dealing with daily quality and or production issues;
• Managing the daily operations meeting;
• Activate weekly own cold call initiatives to secure a pipeline of qualified opportunities;
• Assist in defining and analyzing print pricelists to customers and prospects;
• Responsible for the negotiation and purchasing of all print production in EMEA;
• Define SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with external print partners;
• Selection and integration of production / fulfillment partners (EMEA);

Your profile

• Minimal Bachelor degree with technical / operational / commercial background;
• Minimal 10 years experience in printing or cross media;
• Good analytical skills. Need to “dive deep” in understanding details; 
• Hands-on mentality and willing to build an world class printing fulfilment organization; 
• No 9 to 5 mentality;

Terms of employment

Up to €120.000 OTE, excellent secondary emulation.
