Operations Director Building - Hong Kong

Our client is a major Far East construction Group, Head office based in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong is enjoying a sustained period of economic growth with large infrastructure improvements ongoing in transportation, health and education sectors.
 
A new Operations Director is now required to oversee the pre and post contract activities of the building division currently tendering for hospitals, schools and railway station contracts.
 
Profile

Candidates MUST offer recent or current Hong Kong experience gained with a recognised and reputable main contractor and demonstrate all round business management experience in the procurement, execution and delivery of large complex building projects.
