The organisation

Our client is the global leader of location-based marketing for the mobile app industry. They believe mobile first companies are the future and have a portfolio of clients from Starbucks USA to Amsterdam Dance Event. The head office is based in Amsterdam and this team consists of 20 FTE. In total the company raised close to €2 million in fundings. They problem they see 

Customer journeys are far more complex than just digital behavior. One second, a customer is checking out your mobile app, next - they're passing your store or hopping on your flight. How can marketers provide a great experience at every touchpoint? 

The solution our client offers is powered by highly accurate mobile location data, the platform enables marketers to add the
missing contextual layer to every interaction and reach consumers on-the-go and deliver value where needed

Their target group consists of Mobile marketers, Customer Experience managers, E-commerce managers, CRM marketers.

The position

As Account Executive you will be responsible for acquiring new clients on global scale. The organization has put everything in place to support you to be successful. You will work together with the marketing team for your product demo’s, sales presentations, proven client cases etc. The best thing is that they have already established a solid pipeline of qualified leads, that you can follow up from day one! 

Once you have developed these leads into deal opportunities, you will get support from Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers. In this role you will make a global impact on how companies reach their clients and users. Your network extends globally and you will be equipped with support needed to accomplish your personal and business goals.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Become a thought leader in location-based marketing / location intelligence 
  • Develop a strategic sales strategy together with the VP Sales and CEO (define verticals, customer profiles, sales playbook etc.)
  • You will implement the SaaS Sales mythology that is proven by the most successful tech companies from Silicon Valley

Candidate profile

  • Proven track record in building your own portfolio of international clients
  • Experienced with selling complex solutions, preferable software (SaaS) 
  • You are eager to give what it takes to build the international sales organization of this scale up

Terms & conditions

  • Annual salary up to € 100.000 OTE, based on your experience 
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • Opportunity to build a SaaS sales organization with the management team
