Position Summary   

  • Acquire New customers in Netherlands
  • Achieve Order book value Targets 
  • Engage and build relationship at Business Head/CXO level 
  • Position and synergize TCS capabilities with cus-tomer roadmap; Generate demand for new busi-ness
  • Take TCS assets - solution frameworks, offerings to market; Influence creation of new assets through customer/market intelligence

Reports to  

  • Geography New Business Development

Language  

  • Fluent English, Local Language – Dutch

Education  

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management

Experience    

  • IT/ITeS Services sales experience with Onsite/offshore service delivery
  • Prior sales experience (with newer customers) in positioning and winning large deals with Dutch Leading companies 
  • Experience in planning sales strategy, shaping and forming contract and bid processes
  • Total Sales/Business development Experience over 15 years
  • Experience of working in Global delivery model (preferred)

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to network and acquire new clients
  • Understanding of Dutch ICT market; specific knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring
  • Ability to  collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical background
  • Industry: Insurance

Responsible for   

  • Acquiring named customers from the Go To Universe List
  • Order Book Value and Revenue commitments based on quarterly targets
  • Business Advisor to clients

Works closely with 

  • Geo Sales, Presales and Bid  Teams
  • COE and ISU Teams
  • Horizontal Service Delivery Organizations like IS, BPO, EIS, GCP

Key Tasks    

  • Analyze target prospects in the TCS GTU list and take ownership of specific prospects
  • Develop a strategy to position TCS capabilities, identifying differentiators to win against competition  
  • Provide thought leadership and customer insights to win proposals
  • Collaborate with existing and identify new partners for solution needs
  • Network to create and manage relationships with clients
  • Enable development of differentiators by providing inputs to CoE and Growth Engine on industry trend and customer needs
  • Continuously learn and keep oneself updated on industry trends and use of technology

Salary indication:

  • 120K ote
