Business Development Manager - RPO/MSP

The organisation

Our client offers global Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) services to for example recruitment agencies. It is a USA based company that is expanding in Europe rapidly.

The position

For their office in Amsterdam they are looking for multiple Business Development Manager for different divisions (RPO/MSP, staffing services, search & selection services and compliance/contracting/consulting organisations.

Tasks & responsibilities

As Business Development Manager RPO/MSP you are responsible for specifically the RPO/MSP division that also entails VMS and online platforms. You will be responsible for driving sales results through building the sales strategy, devising sales tactic and creating and selling new business. You will be in contact with senior level executives and prospective clients. You will execute the sales plan which provides a clear roadmap to achieve the region's RPO/MSP sales goals. You will develop regional sales solution strategies to increase long-term market share.

The Business Development Manager is a brand ambassador and will strive to increase exposure of the brand across EMEA. The position requires travel across EMEA and the other European offices in London, Berlin and Marin.

Candidate profile

To be successful as Business Development Manager RPO/MSP, you have a Bachelor degree and 5-7 years B2B new business development experience in the world of recruitment or related services such as RPO/MSP, payroll, contract services or online platforms. You have a successful track record, experience with strategic selling to higher level executives and negotiations. You speak and write fluently English.

The offer

Our client offers you an excellent base salary, with good secondary conditions. A company car is not part of the package, but you will receive a car allowance.
